Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
- Wall Balls x max reps


Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many wall balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Keep count of your total reps throughout all 8 rounds.
- Score is the total number of wall balls completed.
