Equipment: Wall Ball (20/14 lbs), Box
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Notes: Choose a wall ball weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Pace yourself on the handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar to avoid burning out too quickly. Push the pace on the box jumps and burpee box jump overs to finish strong.
