- Odd Minutes: 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Even Minutes: 5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
Instructions:
Perform 15 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then complete 5 Power Cleans at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 10 rounds. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
