EMOM Strength Wall Ball

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Wall Balls (#20/#14)
  • Even Minutes: 5 Back Squats (#185/#135)

Instructions:
- Perform 10 Wall Balls every odd minute and 5 Back Squats every even minute for a total of 15 minutes.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Back Squats that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on explosiveness and proper depth in each squat.
- Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the required reps before starting the next set.
