Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 5 Power Cleans


Equipment: Wall Ball
Barbell Weight: #135 / #95
Instructions:
- Start each minute with the 10 Wall Balls, then perform 5 Power Cleans before the minute is up.
- Rest the remainder of the minute before beginning the next round.
- The workout is completed after 20 rounds.
