EMOM Weightlifting Wall Ball

Every Minute on the Minute for 15 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Wall Balls (#20/#14)
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Cleans (#135/#95)

Instructions:
- Start each minute with either 10 Wall Balls or 5 Power Cleans, alternating between movements every minute.
- Complete the required reps within the minute and use any remaining time as rest before starting the next set.
- Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
