  • 10 Push-ups
  • 5 Deadlifts

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 Wall Balls, 10 Push-ups, and 5 Deadlifts. Use a challenging weight for the Deadlifts that allows for proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to maximize rounds completed within the time frame.
