AMRAP Weightlifting Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 10 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 wall balls, 10 deadlifts, and 10 box jumps. Use a 20/14 lb wall ball and a 24/20 inch box. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
