EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • 8 Wall Balls
  • 5 Power Cleans

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Start each minute with 8 Wall Balls, then perform 5 Power Cleans. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for 15 minutes total. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout.
