Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Wall Balls
    2. Deadlifts
    3. Wall Balls
    4. Deadlifts

Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Alternate between Wall Balls and Deadlifts for each Tabata round.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
