Tabata Strength Wall Ball

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many Wall Balls as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds between each round. Keep track of your total reps for all 8 rounds. Try to maintain a consistent pace throughout the workout.
