EMOM Weightlifting Wall BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Wall Balls (#20/#14)
- Even minutes: 5 Power Cleans (#135/#95)
Instructions:
- Complete 10 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute and 5 Power Cleans at the start of each even minute.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute after completing the reps.
- Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
