AMRAP Weightlifting Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Power Cleans

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 wall balls and 5 power cleans. Use a challenging weight for the power cleans to push yourself. Rest as needed, but try to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
