Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Wall Balls as possible during each 20-second work interval, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is the total number of Wall Balls completed.
