Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Wall Ball Shots
    2. Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata intervals (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) for each movement, alternating between Wall Ball Shots and Sumo Deadlift High Pulls.
- For Wall Ball Shots, aim to hit the target every rep and maintain good squat form.
- For Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, focus on explosiveness and pulling the barbell close to the body.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all rounds for both movements.
