Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Wall Balls
    2. Power Cleans

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Balls in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for 8 rounds.
- Rest 1 minute.
- Perform as many reps as possible of Power Cleans in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for 8 rounds.
