AMRAP in 12 minutes:


  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 5 Burpees over the Bar

Barbell: #185 / #125
Score: Total Rounds + Reps


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes. Each round consists of 15 wall balls, 10 deadlifts, and 5 burpees over the bar. The weight for the deadlifts should challenge you but allow for unbroken sets. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed for scoring.
