Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between Wall Balls and Power Snatches


Movements:
- Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Power Snatches (75/55 lbs)


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible during each 20-second work interval, alternating between Wall Balls and Power Snatches. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of Wall Balls, 4 rounds of Power Snatches). Keep track of total reps completed for each movement.
