  • 10 Bench Press @ bodyweight
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 8 Bench Press @ 75% bodyweight
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 6 Bench Press @ 50% bodyweight
  • 20 Box Jumps

Equipment: Bench, Box
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: The workout combines strength with explosive movements. Make sure to choose a weight for the Bench Press that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale the height of the Box Jumps as needed.
