  • 15/12 Calorie Bike
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15/12 Calorie Bike

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in the given time frame. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed. Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Keep a steady pace on the bike to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
