  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment: Jump Rope, Dumbbells, Pull-up Bar, Wall for Handstand Push-ups, Rope
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
