For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches
  • 20 Burpees over the Kettlebell
  • 10 Turkish Get-Ups (each side)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement with proper form and intensity. The Turkish Get-Ups should be done with control and focus on stability throughout the movement. Be sure to warm up properly before starting this workout.
