  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 25 Double Unders

Equipment:
- Barbell for Power Snatches
- Box for Box Jumps
- Wall Ball
- Rope for Double Unders


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Be sure to pace yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on proper form and technique to maximize efficiency.
