For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Kettlebell Snatches (10 each arm)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale the handstand push-ups to hand release push-ups if needed. If muscle-ups are not achievable, modify to 20 pull-ups and 20 ring dips.
