  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement with proper form and full range of motion. Make sure to switch arms for the one-arm movements. Take breaks as needed, but aim to push through the workout without stopping for long periods of time.
