- 5 Strict Pull-ups
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
Notes:
- Perform the designated reps of each movement every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
