AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (alternating arms)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg, Women 16kg


Note: Perform all movements unbroken without putting the kettlebell down. Rest as needed between movements, but try to keep transitions quick.
