AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance BandAMRAP in 12 minutes:
- 15 Pull-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Box Jumps
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for Pull-ups
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes. Try to keep all movements unbroken for maximum intensity. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
