  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Perform as many unbroken pull-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. The goal is to maintain a consistent number of reps throughout all 8 rounds. Adjust the difficulty by choosing the appropriate scaling option for pull-ups (e.g. kipping, strict, banded).
