AMRAP Gymnastics BenchAMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 15 minutes:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
Equipment:
- Bench (for push-ups)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 push-ups on the bench, and 20 air squats. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed. Scale the pull-ups and push-ups as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
