  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:

Instructions:
Perform as many unbroken pull-ups as possible during each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Complete a total of 8 rounds. Try to push yourself to maintain a consistent effort throughout each round.
