Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many unbroken Wall Balls as possible during each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Your score is the total number of Wall Balls completed throughout all 8 rounds. Aim to push yourself to maintain a consistent pace and challenge yourself to go unbroken each round.
