  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 Bar Muscle-Ups

Equipment: Rig


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each set of reps unbroken before moving on to the next movement. If you break, perform a 100m run penalty before resuming where you left off. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
