  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Muscle-ups

- Box
- Dumbbells
- Pull-up bar
- Rings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes:
Perform each movement unbroken before moving on to the next. Rest as needed between movements to maintain proper form and technique. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
