AMRAP Gymnastics Kettlebell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Try to go unbroken on the kettlebell swings and toes-to-bar for maximum intensity. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or regular push-ups as needed.
