  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement unbroken (without letting go of the kettlebell) before moving on to the next. Rest as needed between movements to maintain unbroken sets.
