Tabata Gymnastics BoxTabata:
- Box Jumps
- Toes to Bar
- Handstand Push-ups
- Ring Muscle-ups
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Try to go unbroken on each set, pushing your limits on each movement. Rest 1 minute between movements.
