AMRAP Gymnastics Assault BikeAMRAP in 15 Minutes:
- 15 Wall Balls
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 5 Power Snatches
Equipment: Assault Bike
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 Wall Balls, 10 Toes-to-Bar, and 5 Power Snatches. Each round should be completed unbroken, meaning all repetitions of each movement must be done consecutively without dropping the wall ball or coming off the bar for toes-to-bar. Use the Assault Bike as needed for active recovery between rounds.
