AMRAP Gymnastics RigAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Alternating Pistols
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 chest to bar pull-ups, 15 handstand push-ups, and 20 alternating pistols. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique throughout the workout. Keep track of completed rounds and reps to measure progress.
