AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 25 Double Unders

Notes:
- Choose a bench press weight that allows for unbroken sets.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Keep a steady pace and aim for consistent rounds throughout the AMRAP.
