AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form. Aim to keep each set unbroken for maximum challenge.
