- 10 Box Jumps
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 box jumps, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 handstand push-ups. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Try to keep each movement unbroken for maximum efficiency.
