  • 4 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 10 Double-Unders
  • 2 Handstand Push-Ups

- Wall for Handstand Push-Ups


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each set of double-unders unbroken before moving on to the handstand push-ups. Scale the handstand push-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
