  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort bench press
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Bench


Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each round to maximize muscle endurance.


Instructions:
- Choose a weight that allows you to perform unbroken sets for as long as possible.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds.
- Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity.
