  • 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)

Notes:
- Complete each set unbroken (without breaking up the reps) before moving on to the next movement.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain strict form and intensity throughout the workout.
