  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Alternating between:
    • Toes-to-Bar
    • Calorie Row

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, aiming to go unbroken for the entire 8 rounds. Rest for 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
