Tabata Gymnastics Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Dumbbell Thrusters
    • Toes-to-Bar
    • Dumbbell Snatches
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Dumbbell
Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds per movement
Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next. Aim to go unbroken each round, pushing yourself to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout. Rest as needed between movements.
