  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Muscle-ups
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Aim to go unbroken on each set if possible, breaking only when necessary to maintain good form. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and safety.
