Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
    2. Slam Ball Russian Twists
    3. Slam Ball Burpees
    4. Slam Ball Sit-ups

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each movement, especially as fatigue sets in during the later rounds. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to work hard during the 20-second intervals.

- This Tabata workout will challenge your endurance, core strength, and overall resilience. Make sure to scale movements or weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout all rounds.
