Tabata Cardio Box

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
    1. Box Jumps
    2. Burpees
    3. Rowing
    4. Air Squats

Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise.
- Complete all 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all exercises.
